Graeme Fergusson comes to Macken Commercial Realty from managing the Commercial Division of 1st Choice GMAC Real Estate. Having worked in real estate for over 18 years he brings a wealth of diverse experience and knowledge to this area of the company.
His initial activities were concentrated in the healthcare arena and included projects such as Ambulatory Surgery Centers(ASC’s), Medial Office Buildings (MOB’s), Cancer Care Centers (CCC’s) and Walk-in-Clinics.
More recently he has focused on the area of franchise and tenant representation in the specialty retail field for a diverse range of clients including: American Dry Cleaning Systems, Gloria Jeans Coffee, Daily Grind, Hand and Stone Spa, The English Pub, Tilden Car Care Centers, Big 10 Tires, ATL International, Dollar Stores, DSI Hotels and numerous others.
He is equally at home working with leases, sale and purchase agreements; or with a developer on a ground up (BTS) project on behalf of a client. Macken Commercial is centrally located in our North Dade office allowing us to offer you a full range of services in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties
