Neil Rogers is a licensed realtor associate with nearly 20 years of experience in leasing, acquisitions and property management. He joins the leasing team for Palmetto Gardens Plaza, new 107,000 square-foot shopping center in Miami Gardens being marketed by Macken Realty.
After relocating from London in 1998 where he attended the College of Estate Management and owned the full-service real estate firm Roger Samuel, and Co., he was hired as an Acquisitions Officer for Brookhill Group in Miami. He purchased office buildings and shopping centers in Florida, Tennessee and Missouri for the syndication group.
He then began acquiring, managing and leasing commercial properties for private owners including Concorde Plaza, a 65,000 square-foot retail/office building in Aventura; Crosspointe at Golden Glades, 135,000 square-foot office buildings, among others.
In 2000, he became Director of Property Management at Davide Realty, Inc. in Miami. There he led the leasing and management of several commercial buildings totaling more than 300,000 square feet. He also manages the 97 apartments at Miami Springs Golf Villas and has managed and supervised the construction of 24 Sterling Townhomes, in Davie, now completed.
