DZD HOLDINGS BREAKS GROUND ON
PALMETTO GARDENS PLAZA

The ground is now officially broken on the site of 3791 NW 167th St. in Miami Gardens, where DZD Holdings and its partners are developing Palmetto Gardens Plaza, a new 107,000 square-foot shopping center. The project is located right off the Palmetto Expressway, at Exit 37 and will be the largest shopping center in Miami Gardens. The L-shaped shopping center includes a 20,000 square foot detached out parcel opportunity with a clean, contemporary façade and will feature abundant parking and prominent signage for tenants.
